Solidarity fund for employees mobilized in actions across all Thales sites, in order to obtain a 2022 salary policy commensurate with the stakes.
As a reminder, employees' demands are estimated at €40 million for Thales, which made about €1 billion in profit in 2021 and will distribute €1.3 billion to the financial sector with €500 million in dividends paid to shareholders and €800 million in share buybacks for cancellation.
