Dear sisters and brothers Assalamu alaykum.
We are here today to renew our commitment to a noble cause: facilitating access to the Holy Quran for our brothers and sisters with visual impairments. We have a unique opportunity to accomplish a charitable work that will have an incredible impact on the lives of our blind brothers and sisters.
With your support, we can enable our blind brothers and sisters to read the Holy Quran in Braille and connect with their faith in a deep and meaningful way.
We have already achieved a great deal thanks to your generosity. We have been able to print more than 150 000 pages of the Quran in Braille, but there is still so much to do.
For this year, we have two objectives: The first is to distribute 300 Ramadan kits this blessed month, each including a Quran in Braille and a cane, so our blind brothers and sisters can fully benefit from the blessed month of Ramadan.
The second objective is to finance the purchase of a new, more efficient Braille printer, which will allow us to meet a growing demand for Qurans in Braille. This will enable us to produce more Qurans in Braille more quickly and distribute them to a larger number of people with visual impairments. Printer price excluding taxes: 280 000€.
The fundraiser will primarily be for the Ramadan kits; once we reach the amount for 300 kits, we will continue the campaign for the more efficient Braille printer, Insha'Allah.
We need your help to achieve this. Every euro you give will allow us to carry out our mission and change the lives of our visually impaired brothers and sisters.
We have a special offer for you: If you donate 350€, you can sponsor a complete Ramadan kit including a Quran in Braille and a cane. You can give a blind person the opportunity to fully live their faith during the blessed month of Ramadan with the word of Allah.
Even if you cannot give that much, every donation counts. Every euro brings us closer to our goal, and every donation is a source of infinite blessings with Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
We are all believers, and we all have a responsibility toward the Word of God and toward our brothers and sisters with disabilities. Together, we can make a difference in the life of a blind person.
