Help cover the transport and handling costs of the humanitarian container sent to Mayotte
Mayotte is facing a major humanitarian crisis following Cyclone Chido. The Association Jeunesse Océan Indien de Bourgogne remains mobilized to provide direct and concrete assistance to the affected families.
On 26 February 2025, our second humanitarian container was shipped from Beaune to Mayotte.
This container contains:
Food supplies
Hygiene products
Clothing and toys
11 pallets of drinking water
Donations will be distributed free of charge to families in need by local partner associations, who know the field and the priorities well.
Costs to cover:
Handling and logistics : 1 940 €
Local transport on site : 450 €
Total : 2 390 €
To date, we have already raised 600 € thanks to the generosity of early donors. We still need 1 790 € to cover these essential costs.
