Hello everyone,
I am Seraphine, Meryem’s mother. Meryem, 7 years old, was seriously injured in the skull on April 4, 2020, by a police LBD shot in Chanteloup-les-Vignes, in the Yvelines. Result: skull fracture with meningeal hemorrhage. Emergency surgery at Necker, 3 days in a coma, 26 days of hospitalization and medical follow-up until she reaches adulthood with anti-epileptic treatment — this is all she has endured because of this stray shot. And her case was closed WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION by the Versailles prosecutor, Me Caillebotte! OUTRAGEOUS!
We have therefore decided to file a new complaint because there are many inconsistencies in the file. That is why we created this fundraiser: to be able to restart the investigation from scratch, which will help us pay legal fees and attorneys' fees. Help us achieve this — it could happen to your child, to you; you can help us have those who must be held accountable convicted, for the dignity of our little Mimi!
