In Africa, specifically in Togo, the State covers the registration fees for children in public primary school. Only for middle school, high school, university and private schools are these expenses borne by families.
Also, school supplies (uniforms, notebooks, books, pens, loose paper, binders, geometry kits...) are provided by parents.
Given the current conditions in the country (unemployment, hunger), many of them are unable to cope with the schooling of their children.
For this reason, WE, the humanitarian association la VIOLETTE TOGO, have decided to give a helping hand to families by launching a fundraiser to prepare the back-to-school for pupils and students of Tsévié.
Thanks to your donations, the association's 57 children will prepare calmly for the school year.
Some will receive school supplies and others will in addition have their registration fees funded.
