Here is a mother's message:
My son now has a debt of 4933,76€ with the property management company Lamy. This amount includes unpaid charges, but above all the consequences of a court judgment and the numerous fees that have accumulated.
After he moved, the letters regarding the charges continued to be sent to his old address. Not having received them, the situation unfortunately worsened without him being truly aware. Despite his good faith, he was unable to demonstrate that the letters and formal notices had not reached him. The procedure therefore continued, resulting in legal costs, lawyer fees and various charges.
Today, he must not only settle the overdue charges, but also these additional fees. He is already repaying more than 100€ per month, but the management company did not accept this arrangement and also bills him 150€ in quarterly fees for handling his file.
My son has a wife who does not work and a child dependent on him. As for me, I am a modest retiree and despite all my will I unfortunately do not have the means to help him sufficiently.
That is why I am launching this fundraiser for him, hoping to give him some breathing room and help him gradually get out of this situation that is suffocating him financially.
I myself, in the past, have tried to help people when they were in need. Today I, in turn, allow myself to ask for help for my son.
I must admit I am very anxious and deeply worried for him. I see him sinking deeper into this situation each day and it wears me down greatly, to the point that I myself feel the consequences.
