This period of health crisis linked to COVID-19 is being felt even more harshly by homeless people whom neither the State nor the city are taking care of to protect. Food distributions are also made more complicated by the health situation.
“Les Soins de La Rue” is a local nonprofit association that reaches out to people who do not have access to care, in its broadest sense, without distinction of sex, age, religion, ethnic or social origin.
The objectives of Les Soins de La Rue are deliberately varied enough to provide the most complete possible assistance to its beneficiaries. We are aware that many of us are sensitive to the immense distress and precariousness that our fellow citizens who live on the streets, in OUR streets, endure with violence. A sad reality in the face of which we can feel helpless.
To prepare for increased activity in the weeks ahead, we are launching an appeal for donations so that we can purchase any products that will not be donated to us, in order to carry out distributions of food, hygiene, and survival items to people living in precarious situations on the street or in squats.
According to our statistics, a single share raises an average of 30 euros.
