I'm Lionel, I'm 47, a marathoner since I was 18 but also a 24-hour loop runner and an ultra-trailer
I run with "Team Raidlight" and during this personal challenge, Marie from "Respirez Yoga" accompanies me at the ends of events for a quick recovery and Jean Charles from JHC Sports takes care of my schedules and training!
