Psssst… Have you already been to BouzArts? It’s been almost two and a half years that our house collective has offered in Montpellier an activist space to meet, party, hold meetings, print leaflets, exhibit, perform… With the association’s fund, we try as much as possible to help people in precarious situations around us or to contribute to solidarity funds. For about a year now, we’ve also begun helping people without papers and/or without housing with their administrative procedures, their daily shopping, or by hosting them. That’s why we decided to buy a caravan: to be able to create additional accommodation (more decent than the sofa in the living room) and possibly a quieter communal space during events that take place here. Beyond this big expense (€300 for the purchase of the caravan + €100 for repairs and petrol), we’re increasingly struggling to cover the costs of a place that sometimes hosts many people (€312 for gas and €96 for electricity just for the month of January!!)
**And this is where we’re calling on you: to be able to continue enjoying this place collectively, to allow more people to find accommodation in central Montpellier… Just a little helping hand so we can keep burning everything with you
Bravo bravo bravo !
