Since January 31st, my employment contract has been suspended by my employer, la Grande Pharmacie de Paris, for whom I have worked as a dermocosmetic advisor since 2018.
The reason? That I would not comply with the law of August 5, 2021, which established, on the one hand, the health pass that became a vaccine pass and, on the other hand, the vaccination requirement for healthcare personnel.
Yet it will not have escaped anyone that showing a pass is not required to enter a pharmacy and that only pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and students in these two professions are required to be vaccinated.
That is why I brought the case to the Labour Court in summary proceedings to request the lifting of my suspension... which also suspends the payment of my salary until further notice!
While awaiting the Court's decision, I am appealing for your financial support, especially since I am raising my son alone.
You can also support me by attending my hearing scheduled for Thursday, March 3 at 9 a.m. at the Amiens Labour Court (Conseil des Prud'hommes) located at 18 rue Lamartine.
Beyond the debate on vaccination, my union SUD Commerce Hauts-de-France will voluntarily intervene in the proceedings to remind the court of the law and to challenge the lawfulness of my indefinite suspension.
