Hello everyone,
My name is Mohamed Benmoussa, I am 21 years old and I am the initiator of this solidarity fundraiser. I am part of a group of young people from the Mission Locale de Châteaurenard with whom we decided to carry out a humanitarian project that is particularly close to our hearts: collecting new toys to give to children hospitalized at the Avignon hospital.
Our goal is to bring a little happiness to children aged 0 to 15 who are going through difficult times. We want, on our scale, to help them escape for a few moments, to think of something else and above all to find their smile again thanks to a small gesture.
To make this project happen, we hope to collect as many financial donations as possible to buy new toys suitable for the different ages of the children. Those who wish may also contribute by donating new toys, according to the collection arrangements that we will communicate.
Every donation counts, whatever the amount. Even one euro can make a difference when added to the generosity of many people. If you cannot contribute financially, you can also help us by sharing this fundraiser around you.
Our visit with the children at the Avignon hospital is scheduled for October 22, 2026. This date is approaching, which is why we want to collect as many donations as possible before then. With the group of young people, we will buy the toys according to the amount raised, in order to best prepare this action.
We also want this project to be carried out with the utmost transparency. That is why we will share photos of the toys purchased as well as the corresponding receipts, so that everyone can see concretely how the donations were used. We will also provide updates on the progress and completion of the project through my social networks, notably Instagram and Snapchat, so that you can follow the different stages of this initiative.
We would also like to share photos of the gift-giving and the moments spent with the children, while respecting their privacy and only with the necessary authorizations.
Through this initiative, we are simply a group of young people who want to contribute, on our scale, to a better world while bringing smiles to those who need them. We are convinced that even the smallest gestures can have a big impact when combined.

Every gesture counts and brings us a little closer to our goal. All funds raised will be used to buy toys for the children, and we will account for the expenses with purchase receipts.
