The Adda’wa Mosque, located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, welcomes thousands of worshippers each week who gather there to implore Allah, learn their religion and return to what matters most.
The Adda’wa Mosque is also a mosque people pass through. It is located at the heart of a unique crossroads close to Paris’s major train stations, surrounded by several major metro lines.
Worshippers coming from all over France — and sometimes from further away — pray there because they are passing through Paris.
Students, workers, travellers, families…
This mosque is a spiritual refuge for all who pass through the capital.
The Adda’wa Mosque is also a historic mosque.
It is supported by the oldest Muslim religious association registered in France.
Decades of prayer, da'wah, aid to the needy, teaching, patience and sacrifice.
Generations have contributed, generations have prayed, and today, it is our generation that must take on this responsibility.
The surrounding mosques are no longer sufficient, the rows overflow, worshippers pray shoulder to shoulder…
Paris needs places of prayer worthy of its Muslim community, and this mosque is one of those indispensable places.
We have now reached a crucial stage: the building will be fully covered and protected.
The mosque will be entirely covered and protected, sheltered from the elements, and worshippers will be able to pray protected from the cold, the rain, the wind and the summer heat.
To reach this essential stage, the construction of the covering requires €1.1 million.
Let us mobilize so that this magnificent project can see the light of day and fully fulfill its role in service of the community.
