بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
As every year, the AMC association (Association of Muslims of Clamart) invites you to take part in its operation Ramadan 2024, which aims to facilitate the beautiful acts of solidarity of the social hub throughout the year.
The social hub is:
- The distribution of food parcels and essential hygiene items: the association helps more than 100 families from Clamart and the nearby area every week.
- The preparation of Iftar meals during the month of Ramadan: each evening, about a hundred meals are served to those who are fasting and to people in need.
- The preparation of Monday meals (free): intended for those who are fasting, students, people facing hardship.
- Social outreach rounds.
By taking part in this fundraiser, you will enable the mosque to finance for one year the actions listed above for several thousand poor people, those who are fasting, students, the destitute…
According to Abdallah Ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with them), a man asked the Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him): What is the best of Islam? The Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) said: « To give food and to offer the salam to those you know as well as to those you do not know ».
