As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullāh,
Hello everyone,
It has now been three years since this fundraiser was created. We therefore felt it important to give you an update on the progress of the construction works for the Grand Mosque of Soissons.
Thanks to Allah, and thanks to your generosity and support, we were able to complete the works of the first phase this year, which allowed us to open the worship area for this Ramadan 2026.
Alhamdulillah.
For those who have already been able to benefit from this opening, you have surely noticed that some works were carried out even though they had not been initially budgeted.
The companies that carried out these lots fully participated in this project and trusted us by advancing the works, while awaiting our ability to settle the corresponding invoices.
Thus, this year we would like to be able to:
• build the perimeter fence to secure the site;
• carry out the exterior works in order to obtain a parking area compliant with current standards;
• settle the invoices for the lots carried out but not budgeted, notably:
• VRD lot (1st part)
• painting lot
• hard surfacing lot
• locksmithing lot
• interior carpentry lot
• fire safety lot (SSI)
We continue to move forward with the strength that Allah gives us, and we sincerely thank you for the trust you have shown us since the beginning of this project.
We are aware that this represents an additional effort for each of you. But with the help of Allah, and thanks to your attachment to this house of Allah, we hope to achieve it.
Ambitious and confident, we will try to reach this objective before the end of this Ramadan, bi idhnillah.
