❤️ Together for the youth of Azrou
This summer, our village of Azrou experienced an exceptional moment.
Through the association, we had the chance to organize a large tournament that brought our young people together in an incredible atmosphere.
With the resources we had, we managed to do great things. But beyond the tournament and sport, this adventure above all allowed us to come together, to unite, to exchange and to reflect together on the future of our youth.
This tournament was a truly unifying moment. It allowed us to observe one important thing: our youth have the desire, the energy and the ideas, but they unfortunately lack the means and equipment to fully flourish.
⚽ Giving more resources to our youth
It is from this observation that the idea for this fundraiser was born.
We want to create a lasting bond between us—those who are attached to Azrou—and our village. The goal is simple: to pool our efforts, however modest, to enable concrete projects serving the youth.
Initially, we would like in particular to:
- 🏀 buy sports equipment to allow young people to practice in better conditions;
- ⚽ strengthen and improve the field so that it can be used more and better preserved;
- 🏟️ begin development work around the stadium, notably to prevent its surroundings from continuing to deteriorate;
- 🌱 lay the first foundations of a project that could, tomorrow, give rise to other initiatives for the village.
We know that we will not be able to change everything in one day. But we are convinced of one thing: great accomplishments often begin with a small initiative and people who decide to act together.
Each contribution, whatever its amount, will help move this project forward.
🇩🇿 A special thought for Mohand
This fundraiser also has a dimension that is very close to our hearts.
We would have liked to include Mohand in this beautiful adventure, to share these moments of gathering with him and to build these projects at his side.
Unfortunately, he passed away suddenly, before he could take part in this initiative.
His commitment to his own, his attachment to others and his desire to help improve things will remain in our memories.
That is why we also wish for part of the fund to be given to his family, as a gesture of solidarity, support and affection during this ordeal.
Through this initiative, we also want, in our way, to continue the work he had begun and to keep alive the commitment he carried for his people.
### 🤝 Let's build what's next together
This fundraiser is not just a collection of money.
Above all, it's a way to create a bond between us and Azrou, to turn the energy that brought us together this summer into something lasting, and to show our youth that they can count on us.
We saw this summer what we were capable of achieving with few resources, but a lot of will and solidarity.
So, let's continue.
For our youth.
For our village.
For our future.
And for those who have always wanted to move things forward.
Every gesture counts.
