Who are we?
Our association, Multicultural Association, was founded in 2016 with the aim of providing high-quality, affordable education to children and adults. We teach the Arabic language, and also provide Islamic education. Until now, we taught in rented rooms and this arrangement was very unstable. We therefore decided to purchase a property to establish our association there, which we were able to buy at the end of 2023, thanks to your support. Here are some photos of our former classrooms:
Why are we launching an appeal for donations?
To continue the association's activities, we acquired a house located at 13 Bis Rue Pierre Rebière, 95140 Garges-lès-Gonesse. Thanks to collective solidarity and everyone’s generosity, we were able to raise the necessary funds and sign the deed of sale on December 20, 2023, for the purchase of the house, at the price of 322 800€ EUROS (notary fees included). We received donations and also borrowed funds (interest-free) from donors. As a result, we must repay the debt we have to the lenders as quickly as possible. This debt currently amounts to 100 000€ EUROS.
We therefore call on your generosity to be able to repay the borrowed funds, so that the association is freed from its debts. Additional funds will be used for the forthcoming works and fittings. Once the association is free of its debts, we will begin the necessary improvements in order to welcome everyone in favorable conditions and in compliance with current standards.
