The merit of feeding those who are fasting at the time of breaking the fast
_In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate._
According to Zayd Ibn Khalid Al Jouhani (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (may the prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “He who feeds a fasting person for the breaking of the fast will have the same reward as him without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person.”
(Reported by Tirmidhi in his Sunan no. 807 who authenticated it and it was also authenticated by Sheikh Albani in his verification of Sunan Tirmidhi)
From Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever feeds a fasting person for the breaking of the fast will have the like of his reward, without that diminishing the reward of the fasting person in any way.”
(Narrated by Tirmidhi in his Sunan number 807; he authenticated it, and it was also authenticated by Sheikh Al-Albani in the verification of Sunan Tirmidhi)
