I come from far away.

I was born in Dakar and grew up in France, between two cultures, two cuisines and a home that always welcomed people.

At our place, it was everyone’s house. There was noise, dishes simmering for hours, visitors passing through, generous afternoon treats, family Sundays and that human warmth I have never forgotten.

Meals have always been much more than meals. They were memories. Sharing. A way of caring for others.

For years, I’ve tried to make these two worlds talk to each other through my recipes, my creations and the brand NDEYLICIOUS.

First on social media. Then through a first shop. Day after day, a community built around this vision of sincere, warm and deeply human indulgence.

You were there. Today, more than 50,000 of you follow this adventure.

And over time, it became clear: this dream needed to grow.



A real house



In Le Havre, in a neighbourhood we chose with care, we are going to open a space.

Not simply a coffee shop. Not just a point of sale. A living house.

A place where people will come to drink a Café Touba latte, share an afro-gourmet brunch, work for a few hours, taste a homemade pastry or simply take their time.

A place where African flavors meet a contemporary aesthetic, without denying themselves, without becoming diluted.

We will offer: bissap, bouye, ginger, artisanal pastries, afro-fusion sandwiches, thiakry, lakh, gourmet creations inspired by childhood memories revisited with modernity.

But above all, it will have an atmosphere.

Something warm. Alive. Elegant without being inaccessible.

A place where you feel good. A place where you feel welcomed. A place where you want to stay.

In Le Havre, this place does not exist yet. So we decided to create it.




Who I’m building this project with

I am not building this project alone.

I am building it with Nana, founder of Gourmandises de Nana. Two women. Two Senegalese. Two different sensibilities but deeply complementary.

Me: the savory universe, the overall vision, the identity, the brand image, the strategy. Her: the precision, artisanal pastry, the sweet creations and that attention to detail that transforms a treat into a true experience.

Very quickly, it became clear: we had the same way of seeing things.

The desire to create a sincere place. A place that is beautiful but alive. A place centered on good food, warm and deeply human.

Around us, the project is also structured with professionals who support us: a business management consultant, a chartered accountant, an organization designed seriously and sustainably.

This is not a vague dream. It is a project built with passion, but also with rigour.

Why I’m reaching out to you

Because a house like this is not built alone.

For years, you have supported NDEYLICIOUS through orders, shares, messages, events and all those moments that have allowed the project to grow.

Today, we are reaching an important stage.

This fundraising will help us bring NDEYLICIOUS – THE HOUSE to life: fitting out the space, equipment, decoration, initial stocks, start-up cash flow, and all the details that will create the atmosphere we have long imagined.

For years, I myself have organized and supported many solidarity initiatives for causes close to my heart, notably the Kounoune orphanage in Senegal.

Creating this house also means continuing to uphold values of transmission, sharing and solidarity that have accompanied me from the beginning.

Today, I simply come with the desire to build a place that reflects who we are.
