Our 9-year-old daughter was the victim of a pervert who abused her, who stole her childhood and her innocence.
We, her parents, fight every day for justice to be served for our daughter within a reasonable timeframe, but we will have to face significant expenses: judicial expert reports, lawyers, psychological follow-up... Our daughter is and will be marked for life; she will have to live with the atrocities she suffered, while her alleged attacker has already benefited from a "second chance" by the justice system, a chance he did not seize. We want to provide her with a dignified defense so that this does not happen again.
Furthermore, the justice system in our country has relinquished the criminal case in favor of the Belgian judicial authorities, since the alleged perpetrator resides in Belgium.
All your donations to help us are welcome, even 1 or 2 euros. This will help us cover all the legal costs we will have to bear, especially when the judicial file moves to another country.
The funds collected will be used exclusively to defend and obtain justice for our daughter. Upon request we will justify all the expenses we incur with your donations, and of course we will answer all your questions and give you regular updates.
