For the International Day of Struggles for Women's Rights, on March 8, 2020, NousToutes35, an intersectional feminist collective, wishes to organize an event of considerable scale, following the November 23, 2019 March against sexist and sexual violence where 5,000 people marched through the streets of Rennes.
On March 8, the demonstration will start from RĂ©publique at 2:00 PM in Rennes, it will be open to everyone, not too long, festive and protest-oriented.
This time, in addition to a march, we plan to bring together at Hotel-Dieu various associations, artists and collectives working every day for everyone's rights.
We therefore invite you to join us there! We will have the opportunity to learn, exchange, listen, be heard and make our struggles visible
These encounters will take place from 4:00 PM, on March 8 at 2 rue de l'HĂ´tel-Dieu (accessible to people with reduced mobility) and will continue until midnight with a pay-what-you-want meal served by the RĂ©seau de ravitaillement rennais around 7:00 PM then a concert and two DJ sets.
What better than a party to dance on the ashes of the patriarchy, meet in a friendly space, without harassment, aggression, or inappropriate comments, and where a listening space will be available.
Your kids are also welcome throughout the event, during which the collectif la Bulle offers to welcome them!!!
