I am an activist photographer, I am an activist photographer. My photos are one way among others for me to express myself, a way for you to express yourselves. Sometimes with a precise message; other times simply to evoke sensations and feelings. I do not make a living from my photos, nor do I receive any subsidy or salary for my photographic work. However, to anyone who requests my work for a non-profit use to support any causes against exploitation and/or oppression, I will respond positively. And it is with pleasure. It is my contribution.
If my photos serve the struggles of the exploited and the oppressed, you will not find only struggles and mobilizations. There are also moments, details, things, colors, textures, people, beauty that inspires. Seeds of happiness in a society organized to make us pay for everything; seeds of happiness that create in us the desire to change everything at the root, in order to be able to freely enjoy so much beauty contained in this world but that capitalism robs from us.
If I create this fundraiser it's to appeal to your donations which will allow me to renew my equipment so that the quality of the photos is higher; but also to repair my equipment in case of an accident, simple wear or breakdown. Accompanying mobilizations indeed involves risks (rain, repression, accidents). In this sense, if you appreciate my work and can/would like to provide a small financial support, I will be infinitely grateful to you!
