Project launched by the Association pour le développement de Dramané (A.D.D) in May 2021:
The project consists of supporting the development of the Dramané Women's Garden, the association of the women of Dramané, whose objective is to cultivate a large 7-hectare garden near the village.
Due to a lack of equipment, only 2 hectares out of the 7 available are cultivated. In addition, earnings are considerably reduced by the diesel expenses required to run the diesel pumps that allow irrigating the garden from the river.
The main focus of this project is:
1) To replace diesel pumps with solar pumps
2) To enable 100% of the garden to be cultivated and thus help provide access to a varied diet locally and sustainably to the residents of the village of Dramané and the surrounding areas.
This online fundraiser has been opened as part of this project.
The project is estimated at 27 279,28€ (at the date of publication of this campaign). The initial objective is to obtain 55% of the required amount through project funding calls, 30% via crowdfunding and the remaining 15% directly from the association and its partners.
We are counting on you! Please share as much as possible!
