By the permission of Allah, the Most High,

By the Grace of Allah and through your generosity we were able to find a source of drinking water at 142 m depth. Alhamdulillah!!!

There are still several steps remaining before the completion of this well and we appeal to your generosity to fund:

The purchase of a pump system, solar panels and especially the construction of a water tower which will allow connecting the water from this source to household taps.

The water tower is the most expensive structure in this project (~ 3000 euros in addition to the budget) but it will have an impact on the quality of life and daily routine of these villagers. Connecting the water from this source to their taps will offer a more ordinary daily life to these populations in remote areas.

We place our trust in Allah and hope that this project resonates in each of us! (Do not hesitate to share this fundraiser and allow those you love to participate in a sadaqa jariya).

As-Salamu alaykum

I wish to share with you the project to provide access to water for families in isolated villages in Morocco.

Indeed, there are still little-known villages where access to drinking water further complicates the lives of their inhabitants.

In southern Morocco, in the Souss region, more precisely in the mountainous area of Ait Baarmarane, near a village called Lhed Bifourna, the inhabitants of many douars must travel to the village well to draw the water they need.

The water level is low due to drought and the water is not potable (not clear, turbid); it is urgent to provide them access to drinking water.

The outpouring of solidarity you show for this project leads us to think beyond purchasing water tanks.

We would like to provide them with sustainable access to drinking water through the construction of a well that will ease the daily life of nearly 65 families (2 douars).

It is by being in contact with these populations and their daily lives that one realizes the priceless value of drinking water.

The construction will be entrusted to a company specialized in well drilling.
According to their estimate, it will be necessary to drill to a depth of 120 m to reach the water table. The deeper the drilling, the higher the costs.
The total cost of the works is estimated at around 5000 euros (drilling, casing, pump system and solar panels).

Each contribution brings us a little closer to the construction of this well. Providing water or digging a well is among the best charities; I wish to share this initiative with you and hope it will resonate in each of us.
