We appeal to your generosity to help Hatim S., a young foreign student who today finds himself in a situation of great precariousness despite an outstanding academic record and exceptional determination.

🎓 A student who has already taken a first step toward Polytechnique

Hatim is currently in his second year of a scientific preparatory program.

Last June, he passed the written part of the École Polytechnique entrance exam.

Unfortunately, he did not succeed in the oral stage.

But Hatim did not give up.

He decided to repeat his second year to prepare again and try his chances once more.

His ambition is clear: to join Polytechnique and build his future through his studies.

💔 But today, he can no longer afford to continue with peace of mind

His family, based abroad, is itself facing significant financial difficulties and can no longer provide the necessary support.

For his part, Hatim has exhausted his savings.

Expenses continue to pile up: housing, food, electricity, water, phone, transport and medical treatment.

The situation became so difficult that last August Hatim was forced to sell his personal computer in order to pay his July and August rents.

Today, he also faces about 900 € of accumulated debt.

⚠️ A decision that could change his future

Hatim does not want to live as an undocumented person or remain in an irregular situation.

He now faces a very concrete alternative:

➡️ either our association manages to gather enough support to allow him to continue his studies in dignified conditions;

➡️ or he will unfortunately have to interrupt his studies and return to his country of origin.

We want to do everything so that financial difficulties do not put an end to a trajectory that could lead him to Polytechnique.

❤️ Our goal: give him time to succeed

This fundraiser is not intended to provide him with any particular comfort.

It should simply allow him to live with dignity over the coming months, settle his most urgent debts and above all concentrate on his studies.

Because preparing for such a demanding exam while wondering each month how to pay rent, feed oneself or pay bills is an extremely difficult situation.

We want to give him a chance to see his project through.

🎯 A need of 7 950 € to finish the 2026/2027 school year

His essential needs are estimated at:

🏠 Rent : 4 400 €
🍽️ Food : 1 500 €
💊 Medical treatment : 500 €
💡 Electricity : 250 €
💧 Water : 200 €
🚌 Transport : 100 €
📱 Phone : 100 €
⚠️ Accumulated debts : 900 €

Total : 7 950 €

We set the fundraiser goal at 8 500 €, to allow for possible collection fees and to have a small margin in case of unforeseen expenses.

🤝 Every contribution can make a difference

10 €, 20 €, 50 €, 100 €… no matter the amount.

What matters is the gesture.

And if you cannot give, share this fundraiser with your family, friends, colleagues and networks.

A share can bring this story to someone who can, in turn, make a difference.

Behind this fundraiser is a student who has already proven his worth.

A student who passed the written part of Polytechnique.

A student who, despite failing the oral, found the strength to start again.

A student who is not asking for his future to be built in his place.

He simply asks to be given the means to continue building it himself.

🎓 Let’s help Hatim continue his studies.

❤️ Let’s help him not abandon his project for financial reasons.

⭐ Let’s help him try once more to gain admission to Polytechnique.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who will contribute, share or make this fundraiser known.
