Rotary Club Ploubalay – Baie de Beaussais — Voluntary contributions for our solidarity initiatives

Our club acts every year at the heart of our territory, driven by a deep conviction: Service Above Self. For many years, our members have volunteered to carry out meaningful activities: Mushroom Day to benefit the SNSM — which brought together 85 participants last year and had to turn away 35 due to lack of space —, the book fair and animal-assisted therapy in EHPADs, the Bancs de la Fraternité in primary schools to combat bullying, and soon forums on Artificial Intelligence open to all audiences.

But today, a concrete reality weakens these commitments: the cost of venue rentals, now between €400 and €600 minimum, weighs heavily on our ability to act and directly threatens the holding of these events.

That is why we are calling on your generosity through this participatory fundraiser intended exclusively to finance the organizational costs of our activities: venue rentals, mycologists, speakers and facilitators.
All amounts collected will be fully tracked and allocated to the club’s activities, in full transparency toward our contributors.

Important note: these are voluntary contributions with no tax consideration. No tax receipt will be issued.
