Let's secure Rozenn's reinstatement — she was dismissed while denouncing sexist harassment in her company! Help her cover her legal costs!
On 23 March 2021, Rozenn received her letter of dismissal for gross misconduct. Using the pretext of a single Tweet, Chronodrive is trying to get rid of a highly committed union activist who has fought tirelessly alongside her colleagues who were victims of sexist harassment within the company.
As the recent struggles at McDonald’s, the RATP and in the hotel sector have shown, these forms of harassment are systemic and further worsen already precarious working conditions, in a crisis in which young people are on the front line.
While retail and distribution are sectors that have had to absorb increases in work pace and a deterioration of working conditions, Chronodrive is ready to go to any lengths to get rid of combative union activists who do not hesitate to defend their colleague.
After a widely signed petition and a day of strike action, Rozenn and her supporters continue the fight before the Labour Court. To allow her to obtain reinstatement, we are asking for your help to finance her legal fees, which she cannot afford. Thank you for your solidarity!
