Last week, during the CSE meeting at Sabena TLS, the CGT and FO representatives demanded pay increases from management, necessarily including:
A bonus commensurate with employees' expectations
Substantial mileage allowances to cover ever-increasing travel costs, in line with other Sabena Technics sites
A "décapage" bonus equivalent to companies in the Toulouse area.
The company's counterproposal is far too small, even though the group invested by acquiring several companies recently (June and July 2022).
It is no longer possible to live with dignity or to work in confidence at the Sabena TLS site.
- general increase of €50 gross over 6 years
- lack of staff and qualified personnel (70% of staff in training)
CGT and FO call on all Sabena Technics employees to go on strike starting today, October 6, 2022, at the start of the shift to obtain real measures to protect Sabena employees' purchasing power and to restore a positive working dynamic in order to satisfy our client Airbus!
