IN GAZA, SILENCE KILLS
🕯️ Those who give when it’s difficult…
“The alms are for the poor who, engaged in the path of Allah,
cannot travel the land to seek their livelihood.
The ignorant think them wealthy because of their restraint,
but you will recognize them by their mark on their faces…”
(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:273)
In Gaza, famine is no longer a threat: it is here.
Children are dying of hunger. Mothers have nothing left to give.
Hundreds of thousands of souls are holding on,
but the world looks away…
and donations are running out.
Some say:
“What’s the point? Aid doesn’t get through.”
But it is precisely now that we must give.
Not tomorrow. Not when access is restored.
Because then, we will need to act, not look for ways to act.
Those who have sown during the strangling
will be those who feed when the way opens.
“The best of people is the one who is most beneficial to others.”
(Hadith — Tabarani)
🌒 **We don’t give to see an immediate result.
We give because we believe.**
Because we believe in the Unseen.
Because we know that every donation, every prayer, every share is seen,
counted, and recorded with Allah.
“Save yourselves from the Fire, even by giving a piece of a date.”
(Bukhari & Muslim)
Today, we prepare.
We gather. We harvest. We organize.
And the day the doors open — and they will open — we will be ready to act,
those who acted in the shadows will be the first to ease hearts.
In the meantime we distribute water every day, as well as envelopes, we sponsor orphans.....
🧱 We did not discover Gaza today.
Our commitment did not begin in October 2023.
For years our association has been acting directly in Gaza.
And all those who work on the ground are members of our team.
Gazans — our brothers, our sisters.
No intermediaries. No unknowns.
They are the ones who stand firm, who distribute, who help, who support, who hope.
They are our team. This is our ground.
And with them, we will continue to the end.
Out of loyalty. Out of duty. Out of love.
