⏳ The 10 days of Dhul Hijja are rapidly approaching
🌍 In Niger and Togo, thousands of families still drink water that kills.
Aïcha is 9 years old. Every morning, before school, she walks 4 km in 42°C heat to fill a jerrycan of muddy water shared with the livestock. Last year, her little brother died of cholera in less than 24 hours.
Aïcha is not alone. There are thousands like her.

🤲 The Prophet ﷺ said to Sa'd ibn 'Ubâda, who asked him what charity to give on behalf of his deceased mother:
'Water.' (Reported by Abu Dawud, Nasai)
💧 Give on behalf of a deceased loved one. Each sip drunk will be a reward that will continue to reach them, in shâ' Allah, until the end of time. That's true sadaqa jariya.
