Fred, employed by Chronodrive and a CGT union member, is today threatened with dismissal.
His fault?
Having asked to have his position as a conveyor operator and his disability recognized while he was considered an order picker.
Rather than granting his request, the company preferred to move him to another position, while knowing that he is a disabled worker who could not occupy that post.
Today, the company is threatening to dismiss him for being unfit for the position, after months of sick leave during which management even went as far as not paying the sick pay it owed him.
He even had to ask for help from his city's social services to be able to feed his 20-month-old daughter.
a real ordeal for an employee who had simply asked for the respect of his working conditions.
More broadly, management is trying to push out all employees who want to have their rights recognized and who stand up, as was the case for Rozenn. Like many companies, the bosses try to impose their rules. Faced with that, there is only one solution: Solidarity!
We therefore call to support Fred to enable him to take legal action against Chronodrive.
