Gaël is with us every day, in post offices, at demonstrations, in meetings, or supporting us wherever the State represses us... yet it has now been several months since he received a single euro from Pôle emploi.
Our comrade has exhausted his entitlement period.
We will not accept, after the 15-month strike we waged, that Gaël should have to leave the postal services to make ends meet. That would be too generous a gift to La Poste management.
Give up militant activity at La Poste, now that we have won the right to organize there without being formal members? NEVER!
We have therefore decided to organize a fundraiser to be able to pay Gaël a salary while the legal appeals are pending.
We set ourselves a goal: to collect 25,000 euros in one month. To guarantee his salary for one year.
We are counting on you. Keeping Gaël at La Poste is showing the management of this large group that repression does not prevent him from remaining among his colleagues, from fighting alongside them. It shows them that they still have reason to worry.
But it is also about strengthening all those who never give up, giving us confidence: we can stand our ground! Strengthening all those who are convinced that the convergence of struggles is the only way to win!
