For a victory at BERGAMS! A strike fund is now necessary! This fundraiser is launched after a week of strike, to help comrades and their fellow striking colleagues facing financial difficulties to pay their expenses.
Strike at BERGAMS! Employees have had enough!
Nearly a year ago, trade union organizations, including SIF, had warned employees about the consequences of the Agreement signed by CFDT, CGC and CFTC and, of course, management, which had deployed exceptional means to obtain support in the referendum and a favorable vote.
Faced with reality, today employees can’t take it anymore. Both morally and physically it’s devastating.
EVERYTHING is increasing:
1 - production rates,
2 - workplace accidents,
3 - absenteeism,
Socially EVERYTHING is declining:
1 - wages,
2 - the reconciliation of professional and family life…
BERGAMS management is pushing to the maximum the regressive agreement that allows maximum work without paying overtime (thanks to modulation). Employees know when they start and, depending on orders, do not know when they finish, to the detriment of their health and their children.
And on top of that there is still temporary work… Why?
How is it that management abuses precarious employment and, at the same time, applies for partial unemployment? Is that logical?
On all fronts, BERGAMS management of the international NORAC Group (1) is profiting. The millionaire boss Bruno CARON rubs his hands, with the sweat of his employees. His fortune stands at around €250 000 000. Between 2020 and 2021 (source Challenges) his fortune remained stable, unlike the incomes of BERGAMS employees.
According to our statistics, a single share raises an average of 30 euros.
