Sadakha Jariyah
Kouba, a village located in Chad (in the Wadi Fira region) has about 2,500 inhabitants. The local population is having difficulty obtaining daily drinking water supplies. Following this observation, we wanted to help its inhabitants by installing a borehole with a pump system before the end of the year.
Imagine yourself in their place for just a few moments: every day, under a blazing sun, walking 6.5Km to 10Km for ONE bucket of water !!!
To carry out this project, the estimated costs are around 1,800,000 FRCFA or €2,756.
What if we pooled our contributions to jointly finance a well in this village? It is enough that each person who wishes to contribute gives what they can (even €1)!
It is with this in mind that we launched a fundraiser to collect this sum and install this well.
We therefore appeal to your generosity and your sense of mutual aid so that this project can come to fruition.
