AUBES – BACLOHELP FUNDRAISER
The associations AUBES and Collectif BACLOHELP thank you for your help and your financial support.
We must be able to finance the defense of your rights, procedure fees, copying, printing, postage, some related travel, and have a reserve to cover being ordered to pay court costs or the defense costs of the Medicines Agency (2400 euros in 2019, for example: sometimes this is the price to pay to obtain progress for everyone).
Our ultimate objective: baclofen for everyone up to 300 mg per day, in safe conditions, whether under an RTU or under an AMM.
The donation process is simple, quick, and adapted to every budget. Whether you give 5, 10, 20, 50 euros or more, your help will be extremely valuable to us.
The amount raised on online collections is public, but your name will remain hidden.
Funds collected will be distributed between our two associations (and the individual claimants regarding legal fees). Accounting is kept regularly and will be presented at the end of the mission.
Funds collected will be allocated in priority in the following order:
– to the solidarity payment of the court costs charged to the four claimants (two individuals and the associations AUBES and COLLECTIF BACLOHELP)
– to the reimbursement of expenses for the volunteers who have been working for two years to defend access to care for all patients
– to provision funds as a precaution (in case of further orders to pay court costs)
– to continue covering our ongoing expenses.

MISE A JOUR DU 16 MARS 2021 :
LA LIMITE DE 80 MG PAR JOUR ANNULÉE PAR LA JUSTICE!
Comme la presse médicale et généraliste ont commencé à le rendre public, la justice vient de faire droit à notre demande et a constaté le non fondement scientifique de la limitation de posologie de prescription du baclofène à 80 mg par jour.
La limite de 80 mg par jour a été annulée par le courageux tribunal administratif de CERGY-PONTOISE.
Après trois années de combat juridictionnel et scientifique (mais également médiatique et politique), c’est une victoire à laquelle chaque signataire de cette pétition a contribué.

En effet, le combat continue : l'ANSM a décidé de faire appel du jugement. La prochaine étape sera donc la Cour administrative d'appel de Versailles. Nous préparons sereinement le second round. Avec quelques surprises.
Nous maintenons notre appel à don pour faire face aux frais de justice possibles et aux frais généraux (papier, études, impression, envois simples et recommandés, etc.) et pouvoir continuer de défendre les droits des patients à bénéficier en toute sécurité d'un traitement à une dose efficace et adaptée.
