Together, Let's Build a Bright Future: Save Our Mosque
Dear sisters and brothers,
The UMMATY association is facing an imminent threat of eviction from our premises within the mosque due to a condominium dispute. To avoid this eviction and secure our presence, we must acquire the two neighboring apartments.
We have worked hard to bring hope to our community: clean water wells, Quranic education, food aid, orphan sponsorship. But our modest 200 square meters are no longer sufficient to meet growing needs.
The increasing influx of worshippers and students exceeds our current capacity. Acquiring the two neighboring apartments is crucial to expand our capacity for hosting and teaching, particularly for our sisters and our children.
We must first purchase the ground floor for 200 000 €, then the two apartments on the first floor for an additional 300 000 €, bringing the total to 500 000 €. Your support is vital to accomplish this undertaking.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him its equivalent in Paradise." In this sacred time of Ramadan, let us unite our efforts to make this project our common goal.
