As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuh,
I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, full of sincerity and hope. I have found a small car at an affordable price that would finally allow me to work and relieve my parents. But I lack the sum needed to buy it, and I have no one else to turn to.
I am the eldest child in a family with many brothers and sisters, and I feel a great responsibility toward them. My parents sacrifice themselves every day — my father works very hard for a meagre wage, and I see him growing weaker and weaker. My mother also becomes extremely tired caring for us. My only wish is to take over, to help them financially and morally, and to give them a little respite.
Alhamdulillah, I have found a housekeeping job that accepts the hijab, but living in a remote town, I cannot get there without transportation. This car is much more than a vehicle — for me it is the key to independence, the opportunity to work with dignity, to support my family and, in shā’ Allāh, one day to offer my parents the umrah trip they so deserve.
Wallah, if I have to write to you like this, it is because I am truly out of options. I ask for this help with all the humility and sincerity of my heart. Every euro given will be an amāna, used solely for this car and, if Allah allows, to lighten my family’s burdens.
If you can contribute, know that it will be for you a sadaqa jariya: every trip to go to work, every effort to help my parents, you will have a share of the reward, bi idhnillah. And even if you cannot give, your duʿā’ will be an immense gift to me.
May Allah reward you abundantly, protect you and your loved ones, and grant you good in this life and in the Hereafter.
