In this context of the health crisis linked to CORONAVIRUS, we ask all our fellow citizens residing abroad to mobilize to face the scale of the needs that our compatriots from the villages of Taourirt Menguellet and Waghzene are experiencing in this difficult period.
We are launching today an appeal for solidarity, through a collection, with the following objectives:
1 - Finance a care room, with volunteers, doctors and nurses on duty, to limit unnecessary trips to hospitals (prescription renewals...) in order to avoid any contamination and the spread of the virus in the village.
2 - Finance a solidarity fund, in the form of a working capital fund, to ensure the needs of the most needy regarding food supplies. We remind you that during this lockdown many fathers are struggling to cope, as they find themselves without work and without salary.
NB: A cash collection has already been started since Monday 06/04/2020, at a rate of 100€ per person, proportionally to the objectives targeted by this initiative.
Everyone's participation is important; however no fixed amount is required to carry out this charitable initiative, given the urgency of the situation in our villages Taourirt and Waghzene.
This online fund is to be preferred for people outside Île-de-France and abroad; for others, volunteers from the village are willing to collect donations to send to Algeria as soon as possible.
We appeal to your generosity to achieve our objective. Taourirt and Waghzene are counting on you in these difficult times.
You can choose to leave a tip for "Cotizup" or to change it; there is no commission.
