Graduated in Islamic sciences, the Sheikh has been serving the community in Madagascar since 2016.
Today, he and his family are going through a difficult situation. He must repay a debt of €1,350 (6 000 000 Ar) related to the installation of solar panels for their home and the madrasa; this debt is not the Sheikh's responsibility but he inherited it when taking the imamate of this mosque.
With a stipend of about €150 per month, it is impossible for him to repay this debt while providing for his family's needs.
He must also move 94 km from the capital to take charge of a mosque, a madrasa and an orphanage.
