Can I get a refund?

In accordance with our Terms of Use, CotizUp does not intervene between users (organizers/participants). Therefore, the organizer is the only one who can decide on a participant refund. Please ask them to contact us and confirm the refund request for your contribution.

You can request a refund for all or part of your contribution within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after withdrawal.

Please note that if the organizer has already withdrawn funds from the fundraising, CotizUp can no longer issue a refund. Once money has been transferred by CotizUp to the organizer, CotizUp no longer holds the funds.
