How do I manage my monthly donations?
This page brings together the monthly donations you make to support fundraisings or nonprofit profiles. It lets you track and cancel your active commitments.
In the “Donor” space of your dashboard, click “Manage my monthly donations”. You can also open “My donations”, then click “Manage” in the “Active monthly donations” section.
- The summary shows the number of active commitments and your total monthly commitment, separately for each currency used.
- Each card shows the recipient, monthly amount, commitment start and next payment date. Use “View fundraising” or “View profile” to return to the page you support.
- To stop support, click “Cancel” on its card, then “Confirm”. No further payment will be initiated for that commitment. Past donations and their receipts remain available in “My donations”.
To change the amount or bank card, cancel the relevant support, then start a new monthly donation from the fundraising or profile you wish to support. This page covers donations you make; donations received by your nonprofit are tracked in the “Fundraiser” space.
