What documents may be requested to receive funds?

To secure payouts and meet our verification obligations, CotizUp may request supporting documents before validating the receipt of funds.

Depending on your situation, this may include an identity document, bank details or an official bank statement, organization documents, a selfie, proof of how the funds will be used, or any other document needed for verification.

The documents to provide appear directly in your CotizUp account: from your dashboard, go to My information, then open the Documents tab. Each request specifies the expected document type and, when needed, the related bank account or fundraising.

For an identity document, you can take a photo or upload a readable image of the document. Other supporting documents can generally be uploaded as an image or PDF, within the limit shown on the upload form. Once your documents are approved, your payout request can be processed.
