Why are there fewer tax receipts than donations?

Not every donation qualifies for a tax receipt. For eligible donations, the donor's information must also be complete, including their address.

Ask the donors concerned to sign in and complete their information. Receipts for their eligible donations will then be issued automatically in your nonprofit's name and appear in the Tax receipts tab.

Only eligible donations made during the period covered by your nonprofit's declaration and within the applicable time limits can receive a tax receipt through CotizUp.
