Monthly donations let your community support your nonprofit continuously. After a first confirmed donation, the donation renews every month.
Donors choose the destination they care about: your whole nonprofit from its profile, or a specific project from a fundraising.
Eligible nonprofits can offer monthly donations on their profile and enable them on the relevant fundraisings.
They select a monthly donation and the amount they want to give each month. They can also continue to make one-time donations.
The first donation is made on the subscription date. The donation then renews every month until it is cancelled.
The first monthly donation is considered a subscription. It then renews automatically every month until it is cancelled.
From their account, donors open “My donations”, then click “Manage” in the “Active monthly donations” section. They choose “Cancel” and confirm.
Manage my monthly donationsWhen monthly donations are disabled on a fundraising, existing monthly donations are transferred to the nonprofit’s profile. Donors can unsubscribe at any time.
Yes. Enabling monthly donations does not prevent donors from continuing to make one-time donations.
