Hello everyone,

My name is Brahim.

Today, we eat often without knowing where the products we consume come from. Food travels hundreds of kilometers before arriving on our plates, and it becomes difficult to know what we're actually eating.

I've decided, in my own way, to offer a different solution.

My project is to create in Pézilla-la-Rivière a gourmet garden, a place where a large part of what will be served will be grown directly on my agricultural land before being cooked in my fitted-out truck. For the rest, I will work exclusively with local producers from the Pyrénées-Orientales.

I am now officially a market gardener, and the project is already well advanced.

✅ The land is ready.
✅ The truck is already partially fitted out.
✅ I have already invested nearly €12,000 to bring it to life.

🎯 Why do I need you?

I still need one final push today to finalize the equipment, fit out the welcome areas and open this shared space where people can come to eat well, meet up and enjoy nature.

❤️ More than a restaurant, I want to create a place where people take the time to cook, share and know what's on their plate.
