How do I receive my fundraising funds?

Log into your account, then in your fundraising list click "Withdraw funds".

Our compliance team validates your payout request within 24 to 48 hours to review documents linked to your profile and ensure transaction security.

Once validated, our banking provider transfers collected funds to the bank account you provided. This can take up to an additional 48 hours (depending on your bank).

If this is your first time using CotizUp or your profile is incomplete, our teams may request supporting documents before validating your payout. Your payout request is processed automatically as soon as your documents are approved.

Note: payouts are made only to a European bank account via SEPA bank details. It is not possible to receive funds otherwise (check, PayPal, etc.)
