How do I delete my account or fundraising?

We recommend not deleting a fundraising so donors can still find it if they want updates or remember the cause they supported. If you still want to delete it, here's how:

To delete a fundraising:
First, you may still have funds to withdraw. Please wait until you receive the last payout before closing your fundraising.

To delete your fundraising, log into your account. In your dashboard, under "your fundraising list", choose the campaign to delete and click "Edit". On the far right in the "settings" tab, you will see a red "delete" button.

To delete your account:
If you do not plan to use your CotizUp account again to launch a new campaign, you can request permanent deletion. Remember that you will not be able to reactivate your account or recover added content.

Also, you may still have funds to withdraw in one of your campaigns. Please wait until you receive the last payout before closing your account.

To delete your account, log in and go to "Settings". At the bottom, you will see a red "Delete account" button.
